Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these conditions is a prerequisite for registration or attendance on any of our school's courses.

COURSES

All classes are given in Spanish. It is not necessary for students enrolled on Flamenco courses to be able to speak Spanish, but it will make learning easier.

The minimum age for students taking part in our courses is 18. Students under the age of 18 may enrol with authorisation from the management and their parents.

The school reserves the right to make any necessary timetable changes without prior notice.

The minimum number of students required to form a group is two; when the course is due to begin, if only one student has enrolled on the course, the student can decide whether to cancel or change to another course as long as enough students have enrolled and the student's level is suitable.

BOOKING

To book, start by filling in our on-line booking form.

We will get back to you to confirm availability.

To secure the booking, we require a deposit of:

• 90 Euros if booking the Flamenco course

The school will confirm the booking and will send all the necessary information before the arrival date.

The amounts paid for booking the course will be considered as part of the payment.

PAYMENT

Payments for bookings can be paid by:

- Bank transfer indicating your name and reference number(we'll send to you by email our bank account after the booking).

Payment of the balance must be made within the first three days of the course in cash.

The student will be responsible for all bank transfer charges and commissions.

The valid prices are those published on our web-site for the current year. Very occasionally errors are made in receipts, invoices, letters, etc. but the prices applicable are the ones on the website.

Former students will receive a 10% discount on all courses.

The prices remain fixed once a booking has been made even if we decide to offer a special discount at a later date.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, the Spanish law is applicated.

If we are notified of the cancellation once the course has begun, payment must be paid up until the end of the week when we are informed.

There is no reason or justification which invalidates the previous points.
